Hi there Friends, I'm starting this Article because I'm tired of seeing All the Unbalanced Diets that are being Heavily Promoted and Imposed on People and many of You are caught in the middle of it all. I truly do wish some Professional People would grow up. Some of them keep telling People that "This is the Diet You (Everyone) should be On" and NO diet can Claim that. Different Diets have Certain Benefits for Different People, providing they are Not Extreme.
I'm adding this Article to my Blog in addition to the one on Keto Diet because I abhor the way several Health Professionals push Keto or Carnivore Diets….Plant Diet…Raw Food Diet...No-Fat Low-Fat Diet and Vegan are also Unbalanced. Definitely. Now they're coming up with the Human Diet and who knows what else?
The Keto and Carnivore Diets seem to be promoted a heck of a Lot and in my opinion are Very Unhealthy, plus you can get very sick on those - they are basically Animal Protein and Fat, very little of anything else. They're leaving out a whole Lot of Nutritious Veggies there and they don't like Fruits much which are Healthy in moderation (Fresh, Not Commercial Fruit Juices.)
The Paleo Diet is more Balanced but dodges certain Foods that are Good for You like Organic Ancient Grains such as Spelt, Khorasan, Kamut, Emma, Farro, Rye, you can have instead of Modern Wheat AND Organic Pulses like Chickpeas and Lentils. But do Avoid Soya Beans! It has been established, they are actually Bad for You.
Personally, I'm in favor of the Mediterranean Diet (with healthy meat) or Vegetarian over Vegan (Without Meat) the Diabetic Diet for those who need to keep a watch on Sugar Levels and for Dieting or guarding against Dementia, and the AIP Diet (Auto-Immune Protocol Diet) for anyone with an Auto-Immune Disorder or tendency in that direction.
Like I said, I'm addressing Balanced and Unbalanced Diets because I think too many Experts (those who are true and those who are false) are "Pushing Their Preference" on People, and they are somewhat Confused by all that (some say This and some say That and some say Something Else.)
It simply isn't right, ethical or fair. And for some people, it's actually Unwise.
Excess Fat Diets like Atkins; Excess Protein Diets like Carnivore: Excess Fat and Protein Diet - the Keto Diet; Excess Plant Diet like Vegan and Raw Food Diet and Fruitarian with Lack of Protein, a High Carb/High Fibre Diet............ARE NOT GOOD. "Why?" Because each one of those is Out of Balance. They Create Deficiencies in a LOT of People, and Serious Health Issues often.
That's my Take on Unbalanced "DIETS" my "Two Pence" worth hey? Some people have "tried every Craze out there!" Probably because they've bought All the Arguments - the "Experts" (True and False) make them sound pretty Convincing!
